the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, with extras such as allowing pets for a small fee, which I found very fair. Secondly, the location was simply splendid. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful valley, with the soothing sounds of a nearby river creating a serene ambiance. It was perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying nature. Lastly, I was impressed by the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. The basic amenities were great, and although the rooms had some old furniture, they were still comfortable and clean. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right.
Everything was just fine.

The service was very good and friendly and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The mineral baths were nice.
The only downside is the location of the hotel - if you have a car it is fine, but if not it would be annoying to have to rely on the bus to get from the hotel to Klosters or Davos, etc.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fantastic. We loved the clean rooms and hotel facilities like the pool and spa. Additionally, the hotel's location by a creek made for a nice evening walk.
Hard to think of anything.

The management team were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The hotel dog was gorgeous too.! Throughly enjoyed our stay and we will go back and stay next year.
The evening meal menu was limited which was a bit disappointing.

Situated in a most idyllic location with gorgeous scenery, tranquil, peaceful and with mainly birdsong and gurgling water from the numerous streams around being the only sounds to assault the ears. Ideal for a restful break. Greeted most welcomingly by the lady on reception and English spoken very well by the few staff we met during our stay. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the parkland/fields. Was offered a "guest" card on arrival to use for free transport to Klosters, bus stop right at the hotel, however unable to take up the offer as we were only there for 1 night. We will definitely return to this hotel for a longer stay another time.
The only downside to our stay was the varying quality of the food from the restaurant, which ranged from very good in some areas to not so good in others. We had both lunch and dinner, lunch on the terrace, but sadly not an option it would seem on a very hot evening to eat outside, which would have been preferable to the hot dining room. Excellent bread/rolls for breakfast but small quantity of meat and cheese on offer, we don't eat cereals or fruit in the morning. However when I asked for an egg this was done to perfection and tasted like a fresh egg should, so ultimately very happy with that. And as a drinker of strong tea was asked if I liked my tea that way and was given a good size pot with 2 teabags in - excellent.

The hotel had a scenic location with easy access to nature walks. the free bar in the evening was a welcome bonus. the heated mineral spring pool was a highlight of the stay, especially being in the water alone.
The food choices were limited, frozen, and pre-prepared, even local specialities. the staff was clueless about hospitality and catering, making the experience frustrating.

I recently had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. The owners were incredibly attentive and helpful, showing a lot of care and attention to detail. The location of the hotel, near a scenic creek, provided a lovely opportunity for a walk around the area. The rooms, while featuring some older furniture, were still very comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast spread was magnificent, offering a variety of options including meats, cheese, cereals, fruit.
All aspects of my stay were perfectly satisfactory.

The pool and sauna areas were nice and relaxing. The surrounding scenery was really beautiful, and the bus stop outside was convenient for getting around. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful!
The food was a real let-down. We went during Easter, and the set menu was boring and uninspired.

The Wellness facilities were perfectly designed and made a great end to a hard day's skiing.
Like most hotels there's no alternative to a heavy, expensive meal at the end of the day.
